Taekwondo literally translates as ‘Foot, Way, Art’, but it’s much more than that, and learning Taekwondo is a great way to get fit, improve flexibility and lose weight, as well as meet new people – lots of parents train alongside their children too, so it can be a great family activity as well as something to enjoy on your own.
We train in Martley (near Worcester), Sandwell (Tipton) and Wolverhampton (Lower Penn), with classes just for adults/families and also for younger children (Astros 4-6 year olds).
Taekwondo follows a grading belt structure, so beginners start as a while belt and work they way up to black belt – it can be a great way to teach children about setting and achieving goals, while improving discipline and focus.
We cover the full spectrum of Taekwondo skills including
-
